Uzmanlarımıza neden güvenilebilir?

Çocuğunuzu ya da kişisel bir konuyu hiç tanımadığınız birine emanet etmek her zaman biraz ürkütücüdür. Bu nedenle, siz ilk mesajınızı göndermeden önce her uzman hakkında elimizden geldiğince fazla bilgi vermeye çalışıyoruz.

Yardım ettikleri insanlar, onların adına konuşuyor

Yorumlar, bu uzmanla daha önce çalışmış kişiler tarafından yazılmıştır. Bu yorumları yararlı kılan şey, içerdikleri ayrıntılardır: «Kızımın matematik notunu altı ayda bir sınıf birden yükseltti» ifadesi, «iyi bir öğretmen» demekten çok daha fazla bilgi verir.

Bir yorum gerçek olamayacak kadar iyi görünüyorsa, yorumun yazarına bu konuyu sorabilirsiniz. Her yorumun altında bir «Yorum sahibine sor» düğmesi bulunur: soru e-posta yoluyla yazara iletilir ve yazarın cevabı, herkesin görebileceği şekilde yorumun altında görüntülenir. Yazar sadece bir telefon numarası bırakmışsa ve kendisine e-posta gönderilemiyorsa, soru destek ekibi tarafından iletilir.

O kişinin ne yaptığı açıkça belli

Profilde sunulan hizmetler, uzmanlık alanları ve çalışma biçimleri listelenmiştir. Çocuklarla çalışıp çalışmadıklarını, yetişkinlerle mi çalıştıklarını, sınavlara hazırlık mı yaptıklarını yoksa danışmanlık mı verdiklerini önceden görebilirsiniz — böylece sizinle hiç uyuşmayan kişilere yazarak bir akşamınızı boşa harcamazsınız.

Başlamadan önce sorabilirsiniz, başladıktan sonra değil

Önceden bir uzmana yazıp, programı, ücreti ve işleyişi hakkında bilmek istediğiniz her şeyi sormaktan sizi alıkoyan hiçbir şey yok. Böylelikle ilk görüşme, karanlığa atılmak yerine sakin bir karar olur.

Profilde herhangi bir kişi görünmüyorsa, «Bu uzmanı seç» düğmesine basın ve bir mesajlaşma uygulamasını seçin — destek ekibi sizi o kişiyle irtibata geçirecektir.

Burada itibar satın alınamaz

Çoğu rehberde ilk sırada gösterilenler, bu konum için ödeme yapan kişilerdir. Burada sıralama farklıdır: ne kadar üst sıralarda yer alırsanız, size o kadar çok kişi teşekkür etmiştir. Listede yer satın almak mümkün değildir.

On other aggregators the specialist pays for a client's contact details, and only that client can write about them afterwards. Nor can anyone lift themselves by pushing others down: there are simply no bad reviews here, so there is nothing to sink a neighbour with.

So the rating here is made of thanks and nothing else: no bought places, no editorial scores, no negative reviews. The one thanked more often stands higher — and where the count is equal, the one thanked more recently comes first.

Here a review can be left by anyone the specialist helped — and it is written by a person, not bought as a line on a price list.

And reviews cannot be faked into existence

First, to be clear: asking your own students and clients to write about you is normal and right — they are exactly the people whose word matters here. This is about something else: about collecting praise from people who were never there.

Such an attempt shows here, and this is why. One person can leave a specialist only one review: write a second and it replaces the first. So ten reviews mean ten different people said thank you — not that one person wrote ten times.

Under every review it says who wrote it: since when they have been on the site and how many reviews about specialists they have left. It is not a score and not a suspicion — just facts you can judge for yourself. Someone who has been thanking different specialists for two years and an account opened today look different, and the difference needs no label.

And a review from a client who found the specialist right here — pressed «Choose this specialist», left their contact and only then wrote — carries the mark «through a request on the site». The site adds it from its own records; it cannot be drawn by hand.

We will not promise that faking a review is impossible in principle — nowhere is that true. We promise something else: here it is visible and pointless. Real experience is recognised by its detail — the months, the subjects, the changes nobody could invent — while invented praise makes do with general words. And general words are the easiest thing of all to spot.
