لماذا يمكن الوثوق بأخصائيينا

إن إيداع طفلك، أو أمر شخصي، في عهدة شخص لم تلتق به من قبل هو أمر مثير للقلق دائمًا إلى حد ما. ولذلك، نحاول تقديم أكبر قدر ممكن من المعلومات عن كل أخصائي قبل أن ترسل رسالتك الأولى.

الأشخاص الذين ساعدوهم هم من يتحدثون نيابة عنهم

يكتب التقييمات أشخاص سبق لهم العمل مع هذا المتخصص. وما يجعلها مفيدة هو التفاصيل: فعبارة «رفع مستوى ابنتي في الرياضيات درجة كاملة في غضون ستة أشهر» تخبرك بأكثر بكثير مما تقوله عبارة «مدرس جيد».

وإذا بدت إحدى التعليقات جيدة لدرجة يصعب تصديقها، فيمكنك الاستفسار من كاتبها. يوجد أسفل كل تعليق زر «اسأل صاحب التقييم»: يتم إرسال السؤال إليه عبر البريد الإلكتروني، وتظهر إجابته أسفل التعليق ليراها الجميع. إذا لم يترك الكاتب سوى رقم هاتف ولا يمكن مراسلته، فإن فريق الدعم يتولى توجيه السؤال بدلاً منه.

من الواضح ما الذي يفعله هذا الشخص

يُدرج الملف الشخصي قائمة بالخدمات والتخصصات وأساليب العمل. يمكنك معرفة مسبقًا ما إذا كانوا يستقبلون الأطفال أم يعملون مع البالغين، وما إذا كانوا يُعدّون الطلاب للامتحانات أم يقدمون الاستشارات — حتى لا تضيع وقتك في مراسلة أشخاص لا يتناسبون مع احتياجاتك أبدًا.

يمكنك أن تسأل قبل أن تبدأ، وليس بعد ذلك

لا شيء يمنعك من مراسلة أحد المتخصصين مسبقًا والاستفسار عن كل ما تريد معرفته — سواء كان ذلك بشأن مواعيده، أو السعر، أو طريقة عمله فعليًّا. وبهذه الطريقة، يصبح اللقاء الأول قرارًا مدروسًا وليس قفزة في المجهول.

إذا لم تظهر أي جهات اتصال في الملف الشخصي، فاضغط على «اختر هذا المختص» واختر تطبيق مراسلة — وسيقوم فريق الدعم بتوصيلك بهم.

السمعة هنا لا يمكن شراؤها

في معظم الدلائل، يظهر الأشخاص الذين دفعوا مقابل هذا الموقع في مقدمة القائمة. أما هنا، فالترتيب مختلف: فكلما ارتفع ترتيبك، زاد عدد الأشخاص الذين شكرواك. ولا يمكن شراء مكان في هذه القائمة.

On other aggregators the specialist pays for a client's contact details, and only that client can write about them afterwards. Nor can anyone lift themselves by pushing others down: there are simply no bad reviews here, so there is nothing to sink a neighbour with.

So the rating here is made of thanks and nothing else: no bought places, no editorial scores, no negative reviews. The one thanked more often stands higher — and where the count is equal, the one thanked more recently comes first.

Here a review can be left by anyone the specialist helped — and it is written by a person, not bought as a line on a price list.

And reviews cannot be faked into existence

First, to be clear: asking your own students and clients to write about you is normal and right — they are exactly the people whose word matters here. This is about something else: about collecting praise from people who were never there.

Such an attempt shows here, and this is why. One person can leave a specialist only one review: write a second and it replaces the first. So ten reviews mean ten different people said thank you — not that one person wrote ten times.

Under every review it says who wrote it: since when they have been on the site and how many reviews about specialists they have left. It is not a score and not a suspicion — just facts you can judge for yourself. Someone who has been thanking different specialists for two years and an account opened today look different, and the difference needs no label.

And a review from a client who found the specialist right here — pressed «Choose this specialist», left their contact and only then wrote — carries the mark «through a request on the site». The site adds it from its own records; it cannot be drawn by hand.

We will not promise that faking a review is impossible in principle — nowhere is that true. We promise something else: here it is visible and pointless. Real experience is recognised by its detail — the months, the subjects, the changes nobody could invent — while invented praise makes do with general words. And general words are the easiest thing of all to spot.
