1. What this agreement is about

only-positive.com is a platform where specialists receive written thanks: clients find a specialist and tell how that person helped them. The site is owned by Sole trader Margarita Rudolfovna Surnina (OGRNIP 325470400052720, INN 471904511983, registered address: Siversky settlement, Gatchina District, Leningrad Region, Russia) (below — «the site»).

The agreement applies to all visitors and registered users. Using the site is free; the only paid service — showing a specialist's contacts to visitors — is described in the public offer. By registering or continuing to use the site you accept this agreement.

2. The account

  • registration requires an email address and a password; the address is confirmed by email;
  • you can register as a specialist or an organisation from the age of 18; an account for leaving a review can be created from the age of 14 with the knowledge of a parent or other legal guardian;
  • the details on your page must be truthful — you are responsible for them;
  • keep your password to yourself: actions taken from your account count as yours;
  • an organisation acts through its representative.

3. The specialist's page

  • phone numbers, email addresses, links and handles are published only in the «Contacts» block reserved for them — they are not published in descriptions, service titles or photos, and the site refuses such texts and images;
  • photos must not show other people's faces without their permission, or anyone's contacts, addresses or routes;
  • the gallery may include screenshots of reviews from past clients, provided the image carries no contacts; such reviews illustrate your work and do not count towards the site's review tally;
  • page texts are machine-translated into the site's languages for foreign visitors.

4. Reviews and how they are verified

The site collects words of thanks — accounts of how a specialist helped. They cannot be faked in bulk: the site has a verification mechanism. Every review has an author — a registered person to whom any visitor can put a question, and the author can answer it.

The following texts are not published:

  • texts containing phone numbers, email addresses, links or handles — contacts live only in the specialist's «Contacts» block;
  • texts containing profanity, including disguised profanity;
  • texts written as complaints — for grievances there is the «Report» button (section 5).

The order of pages in search is determined by the number of published reviews. Publication is not guaranteed: texts are verified, including automatically.

5. Complaints

If something went wrong, a signed-in client can press «Report» on the specialist's page. The complaint is never published and never shown to the specialist; the site owner reviews it. You choose what may be passed on to the specialist: naming you, a retelling without your name, or nothing at all. Confirmed complaints may lead to the specialist's page no longer appearing in search.

6. Rights to materials

The texts and photos you post remain yours. By posting them you allow the site to show them to visitors, translate them into the site's languages and use them in internal checks. Post only materials you hold the rights to.

7. The site is a platform, not a party

The site introduces clients to specialists but takes no part in their arrangements: lessons, services and payments between a specialist and a client happen outside the site, and the site is not responsible for them. The details on specialists' pages are posted by the specialists themselves, and they answer for them.

8. Termination

You can delete your account with the button in the profile menu at any moment — the data will be erased (details in the privacy policy). The site may refuse or hide materials that violate this agreement, and on repeated or gross violations — close the account, giving notice to the email address on file.

9. Changes and governing law

A new version of the agreement is published on this page with its date of change and applies from the moment of publication. The agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
