Acceptance is the payment itself. By paying you confirm that you have read this offer, agree with it and with the privacy policy. The contract is concluded at the moment of payment.

Without payment the contacts are visible only to the specialist, in their own cabinet.

Specialists' personal phone numbers are never published, under any payment: the site shows links to accounts only. That is a rule of the platform, not a technical limitation. An organisation may add a work phone number, email and address in its contacts block — they are shown under the same rules as the other contacts: for the paid period and in the free cases of section 7.

Payment is made by bank transfer:

• bank — Т-Банк (T-Bank, Russia);
• by phone number — +7 921 427-18-19;
• recipient — Margarita Rudolfovna Surnina.

After transferring, send the receipt: to the site's Telegram bot (the «Connect Telegram» button in your profile) or to support. The receipt is needed so that the Provider can match the payment to your profile: a transfer may arrive from another person or without a note, and without a receipt there is no way to tell whose service was paid for.

If you pay for the next month before the current one ends, the new term is added to what is left rather than replacing it: paid days are never lost.

When the paid term ends, the contacts stop being shown automatically. The specialist is notified if they have connected the Telegram bot.

If the receipt cannot be matched — it is unreadable, or the amount does not agree — the Provider says so and asks for clarification. No money is withheld meanwhile: if the service was not provided, the payment is returned on request.

The cost of the unused days of the paid month is refunded. The calculation is simple: 1063 ₽ divided by the number of days in the paid month, multiplied by the number of days remaining. Contact display stops at the same time.

Money is returned by the same route it arrived, within 10 calendar days of the request.

If the service was not provided at all — for example the contacts never appeared on the page through the Provider's fault — the whole amount is returned.

• while the specialist has no more than three reviews — the first thanks do not hide the contacts: a newcomer is given time to collect them and get going;
• to the specialist with the most reviews on the site, for as long as they hold first place.

There is no need to pay in these cases. If you paid without knowing this, write to support and the money will come back.

• confirm the payment and open the display of contacts;
• keep the site running and the specialist's page reachable;
• give warning that the paid term is ending, if the Telegram bot is connected;
• refund money on the terms of section 6.

• give truthful information about themselves and their services;
• give their own working accounts as contacts;
• not publish anything on the site that the law forbids.

• The Provider offers a platform for publishing information and is not a party to the relationship between a specialist and their clients. The Provider does not guarantee and is not answerable for the quality of the specialist's own work.
• The Provider does not guarantee any number of enquiries, clients or income: payment buys visibility of contacts, not a result.
• The Provider may suspend the display of contacts if a profile breaks the platform's rules — for instance, contains other people's data or untruthful information. Money for the unused days is refunded in that case.
• Short interruptions in the site's work are possible for technical reasons. If an interruption through the Provider's fault lasted more than a day, the term of the service is extended by that time on request to support.

A term already paid for is governed by the conditions that were in force at the moment of payment. A change of price does not affect the month already paid.
