Personal Data Processing Consent

← Home

This English text is provided for understanding only. The consent is a document under Russian law (152-FZ), and the Russian version is the binding one. Where the two differ, the Russian text prevails.

1. Who gives this consent, and how

Consent is given by a visitor of only-positive.com who registers an account — by ticking the «By registering, I consent to the processing of my personal data…» checkbox, which links to this document. Users registered before that checkbox existed give consent with a button in their account. Ticking the checkbox or pressing the button is an expression of consent in the free form provided by Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ «On Personal Data» of 27 July 2006.

2. Who the consent is given to (the operator)

Sole trader Margarita Rudolfovna Surnina (OGRNIP 325470400052720, INN 471904511983, registered address: Siversky settlement, Gatchina District, Leningrad Region, Russia), owner of only-positive.com. You can reach the operator here:✈️ Telegram🅥 ВКонтакте💬 WhatsApp

3. What data the consent covers

The data you provide yourself:
  • email address;
  • name (patronymic and surname if you wish);
  • password — only its irreversible hash is stored;
  • profile photo and gallery photos;
  • description, titles and prices of your services, currency, language, page design;
  • links to your messenger and social network accounts;
  • phone number (optional);
  • the texts of reviews you write about others, and questions and answers to them.

When an organisation registers, the representative's consent covers the email address and page details; the organisation's name and logo are not personal data.

4. Purposes of processing

  • registering and maintaining the account;
  • showing the specialist's or organisation's page to visitors, including machine translation of its texts into the site's languages;
  • publishing reviews and questions to them after verification;
  • service emails (address confirmation, access recovery) and notifications about site events — notifications can be switched off in the profile;
  • Telegram bot messages — only if you connected the bot to your account yourself;
  • anonymised visit statistics.

5. What actions are permitted

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, provision (to the extent you have put on your own page), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — using automated means. Sharing with third parties is limited to the service providers listed in section 5 of the privacy policy; selling data or passing it on for advertising is not permitted and does not happen.

6. Term

The consent is valid for as long as your account exists. Retention periods for individual records after account deletion are described in section 4 of the privacy policy.

7. How to withdraw consent

At any moment: delete your account with the button in the profile menu — the data will be erased — or write to the operator by any means from section 2. After withdrawal, processing stops within the period set by Article 9 of 152-ФЗ. Withdrawal does not make the processing that took place before it unlawful.
